2. Non-Returnable Items
- Products that show signs of wear, damage, or alterations.
- Items purchased during clearance sales or promotional discounts (unless defective).

3. How to Initiate a Return

- Once approved, we will provide you with the return address and shipping instructions.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service (customer covers return shipping unless the item is defective).

- Exchanges are available if you received a defective or incorrect product.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
